I made a batch of yeast bread with 90% of the bread blend and 10% wheat. It came out a bit stiffer than I prefer and the flavor was too strong. I made a second batch with 45% bread blend, 45% organic AP flour, and 10% wheat. This came out perfect and will be my go to blend in the future.
