After finding our local Telstra store didn't stock these phones, I ordered it online. I couldn't be happier with the service. It arrived really quickly. I have to admit I got a younger person to install it for my elderly mother. She did have a few problems fitting the sim card. Am pleased to report it is now fitted and my mother is happily using her new, easy to use phone
