The phone purchased earlier this year for my elderly father stopped working. The instructions provided have no problem solving section. There is nothing available online, so I emailed the retailer. I got no response whatsoever so had to order a new phone so my father could have contact with the outside world whilst in COVID19 lockdown. If you were half as fast responding as you are to send out a new phone, I’d be much more likely to recommend your toy phones.
