Manual.... hopeless, print too small, unable to download from your web but received a pdf copy from you... many thanks. Manual... impossible to easily work out many functions especially fast dial. My 98 yo mum is very blind and this phone not best choice for her as it does not reset to home screen without pushing back key or on/off key with the ability to read the screen. digit 5 needs a more pronounced bump to make it easier to identify. I will keep looking for a more suitable phone but in the meantime it does keep her in contact with us. Regards Allan
