I tried RAD-140 after a short break from my first SARM cycle of Ostarene (15-mg/day first 4 weeks then 30-mg/day last 4 weeks) Cardarine (10-mg/day last 4 weeks, 20-mg on workout days.)
I’ve noticed that I’ve kept my gains with my current Rad 140 cycle and I also got leaner.
With Rad-140 I started with 15-mg/day for the first six weeks and now gone to 30-mg on workout days. I currently work out every other day and hit all body parts 2-3 sets each with no more than two minutes rest in between sets and muscle groups. My strength gains are about 25% heavier weights that I can handle, both in my starting sets and peak sets, but I don’t max out.
I have not noticed any side effects. I plan on getting blood drawn to see where my numbers are at at the end of this cycle. That way I can determine if I need to do a PCT during my break.
I will probably take 4 to 6 weeks off, then maybe go on a 12 week maintenance cycle of 15-mg of Ostarene.
