Purchased four fiberglass fine grit nosing for exterior wooden steps. They were easy to trim to exact length and install ( I am a home owner....not a carpenter). The tapered leading top edge transitions nicely to provide a non slip grip without tripping. I expect these will make my steps safer on snow or ice !
