The railing is exactly as represented and serves the purpose very well. I would suggest providing a variety of screws in at least two lengths those that were provided did not appear long enough to adequately anchor the railing.

OHR Handrail Section with Mounts Excellent product; I've installed one outside and one inside. Installation requires a good drill (you drill into the metal) and some clamps, and a certain amount of cussing (one screw just wouldn't go in) but the results are great.
