I had to wait longer than expected for the masks and there was no communication as to why, but I appreciate that it's a small business at a busy time of the year. Thus the 4 rating. However, the wait and cost were totally worth it. The masks are so comfortable and fit very well and deserve a 5 +. They included an extra mask to apologize for the wait which was nice. I will definately be recommending them.
