I love the website but I'm a bit upset. I placed my order and made a second order the next day because I forgot to add and item. Tried to call in but couldn't get through. You had eventually added everything to one shipping but I was charged for shipping on my second order which I think should have been credited back to me. Lastly my chapter ring does not fit my case I asked if it would fit and was told it would but you either sent me the wrong item or it's defective. Now I'm waiting on a response for a replacement and return label so that I don't have to buy another and pay for shipping and return of the wrong chapter ring that was sent. I have not heard anything back as of yet. Thank you Jimmy

My package took 14 days to arrive. Absolutely nothing was offered in relation to the terribly late item. A representative named Jeff replied to my inquiry of said item with "I'm sure you'll be satisfied once the item arrives, take a pic of it once you completed your mod".

Like I said before I'm disappointed that I was unavailable to get my money back. I intended to buy a gold case and I had pushed the order button on my desktop computer instead of the other site I had on my phone and ended up with bronze instead of gold, Now I have to save up again to reorder and it's going to cost me $180 to have my skx changed from the stainless case to the gold one,.

Delivery was great. One item I ordered (bronze case) had a mechanical failure on the crown assembly, and I was disappointed that customer service responded that there was nothing they could do for me (when I requested a replacement crown assembly).
