We bought t two of these bundles. Cameras are 5 star. The kit comes with everything you need. Install and hiding the wires is not difficult, just takes a little time. Plenty of cord length on the rear cam and the cigarette lighter connection. Hardwire cable is shorter and more of an install challenge. Getting the app to work is a real pain. Not sure why it has to be so freaking complicated to get it hooked up and running properly. The cameras don’t automatically reconnect to the cloud. Every time I start the car I have to go through the cumbersome reconnect, and usually have to start over several times ‘cause it doesn’t work. I’ve given up on the cloud. The app is the weak link. If the app was decent…it would definitely be a 5 star setup.

I just replaced my (working) 5 year old F770 front + rear dashcam with a new U1000 Dashcam on my 2008 Jeep Commander. The installation went smoothly and the new cam works great! The included polarizing filter is a nice feature for the dashcam. I have recorded several accidents over the years (including one where I was rear-ended) and nothing beats a video of the accident! I highly recommend the U1000 Thinkware Dashcam because of the quality and reliability of this product.

Great camera setup. This is my second installation of this camera. First one saved me 2 times, once a hit and run, second one was a multiple car accident. Both times the other guys insurance did not even try to argue after seeing the video camera footage. Will be installed in any car I own.

Excellent Video quality, but I’ll rather have it without the WiFi.

Rear camera is great. Front camera is ok. Not sure if it’s my suv windshield is curved that is distorting the video edges or if the camera lens is causing it. Records continuous without WiFi or hotspot. When I connect to WiFi it doesn’t stay on for very long and I get kicked off frequently. Would like better explanation about parking mode and event mode. Also, what to do with all the video files. Best way to merge them or archive them. Great if software came with the cost to help manage and edit the video files. Going on a 3 day road trip next week and will see how it does
