Shipped to my billing address instead of my actual address. Then I think I got a faulty product. I have two friends with Blade IPs and neither one could figure out how to get the upper part of the frame to lock. Cost me $80 to ship back to them and communication was underwhelming. Not a good experience at all, especially for what is supposed to be a premium product.
