Shipped to my billing address instead of my actual address. Then I think I got a faulty product. I have two friends with Blade IPs and neither one could figure out how to get the upper part of the frame to lock. Cost me $80 to ship back to them and communication was underwhelming. My daughter took it for the first round of golf today. The unit has a smaller wheel base than pretty much everything in the market . So very easy to topple to the side in NJ golf course with up and down mounds and hills on the course.
