These are for certain, extremely trying times. For non-essential items, 2 pushcarts, I initially realized there may be a delay in delivery during a world pandemic. When we did receive the items some contents were missing. A quick email to general manager, Mike McHugh, quickly and promptly took care of the issue. Surprisingly, within a VERY short time the problem was resolved. Kudos to BigMax USA for outstanding customer service.
