Spanning continents and centuries, covering achievements in sports, science, arts, mathematics, and politics, these cards taught me so much. The addition of cards on Black Wall Street, the 1968 Olympics Black Power Fist, Redlining, etc. -- most often barely mentioned in high school history books, if not left out altogether -- is great as well. I love the women you chose for this first volume, and I am so glad you followed up with volume 2, for women alone. I looked through volume 2 first, and couldn't believe there was no Nina Simone, but of course there she was in volume 1!
