Unbreakable® Telescopic Umbrella Model U... It will not fully open, I have bought 3 from you before and This purchase is a big disappointment (Plus the material of the cover seems much, much cheaper than my 3 previous purchases). How do I send this back for a refund?

Our umbrellas do not come with any "covers." However, canopies of our umbrellas are made of high-density polyester with anti-UV backing. Instructions for returning our products are at https://unbreakableumbrella.com/return-policy/

Unbreakable® Walking-Stick Umbrella Mode... I haven't had a chance to verify if it's still robust. I've kept it by my side for self-defense, but the opportunity to use it hasn't come yet. Actually, I hope there aren't many opportunities to use it. LOL

Unbreakable® Walking-Stick Umbrella Mode... great umbrella. Have literally been using it as a baseball bat for kicks. Still holding up after 3 years with only minor damage to one strut.
