I left instructions when ordering to place the package at the back door. It was not, and was stolen. When I contacted Leann Redmon (Customer Service) about the issue, I got NO RESPONSE!! Say goodbye to any future sales from me or those I know!

I’m giving a 1 based on the fact that this is the FIRST email I’m receiving from you. Never received invoice!!! Did get a call from office regarding my order and I told her I did not receive an invoice email. She apparently did nothing about it. Order was shipped sometime thereafter and of course I did not receive an email either. When I found that too much time had elapsed I called the lady again and she told me that it had shipped and was delivered 2 days prior to my calling her???. What??? Really? She then gave me a tracking number and I had to call Fedex and open an investigation so nooooo I did not like this experience. Thank you!!!!
