I found out about the plug and ply mic for a Tacoma while I was installing stereo equipment. I am very happy with it. The hardest part (as always) is routing the cable from the mic to the head unit but that wasn't terribly difficult. In fact, the only hard part was fishing the mic over from the A pillar with a long piece of aluminum TIG welding rod. I would post a photo but there is nothing to see because it goes in the OEM mic location in the overhead console.
