I waited until my second week of experimenting to leave this review to give honest feedback. I have been easing back into weight training, so I haven't been pushing very hard. But I have still managed to put on 2.5kg of muscle while significantly reducing body fat, veins have also started coming through.
I have used RAD before so I know what to expect, I usually don't feel it for the first week, and then it kicks in and does the job. This is exactly what happened, and this is great stuff.
