Hi Craig, the review request is automated to be sent 10 days after the order, which is typically plenty of time for shipping to be complete. Unfortunately until we have been made aware there is an issue with the shipping we can’t follow it up to resolve the issue. I can see that your parcel is held in the Melbourne depot. There has been a lot of issues with shipping through Melbourne and Sydney lately due to COVID. I will follow this up first thing Monday. For future reference contacting us if you have a delayed parcel is the best way for us to assist you.
