I ordered two sets of labels one on Friday night and another on Monday. Somehow the order on Monday arrived before the order on Friday. When I reached out to find out how this could have happened, your CS rep was rude and blamed your shipping service for the mix-up. Take responsibility for your actions and your vendors as they are in your supply chain and you will gain more customers. I will not be recommending Labtag to any of my lab customers who need labels in a timely manner

It was picked up by FedEx at 5:40 PM on Monday, with your second order. I understand your frustration and we always make sure to provide a good customer service experience.
