Great service, allows me to travel and roam without waiting for a sim card to be delivered or needing to swap them in and out all the time!

Having lived in Japan for several years we needed a solution that worked there after we cancelled our phones and in Australia, on route to the Philippines. The eSIM worked perfectly in our Pixel 4/5s alongside our Japanese network provider until it shut off and then it took the lead. No problems connecting to Docomo and Softbank 5G in Japan and since we arrived in Australia it has worked just as well and helped us avoid boredom in quarantine. Excellent value for money and a great flexible option for data, voice and SMS, far easier to use than any other travel sim we've tried so far and we'll definitely be keeping it for future use.

I purchased my AIS esim online. So easy to get from their online store. I highly recommend it for those who own an esim compatible smartphone. It is convenient as well for a seafarer like me because I don’t have to change sims every time we get to another country. No more lost sim card. I am hooked. Data packages are more affordable and plan layering is a big plus. I surely will advise my fellow seafarers to switch to ais sim2fly and purchase the esim if they have a compatible phone. Awesome service! Saved me in a pinch when I was in COVID quarantine and could not get to a local telcom shop in Indonesia. I bought the eSIM, scanned the code, and then the one glitch: it was not mentioned that I would actually be getting service through AIS Thailand and the network would not automatically be selected correctly. I had to call AIS to find out that I had to switch the network to manual and select an Indonesian provider. Once I did this, everything worked and I had my data. Note: to add any calling minutes (at roaming costs), you can top up in the AIS app to add some credit with a credit card and then make calls to local Indonesian numbers using the international +628xxx instead of 08xxx. Aside from this minor yet important glitch it was great and I had my data and could make calls also with Skype or other VOIP services. Suggestions: - make the product info more clear about the overseas provider (Thailand not Indonesia) - Add instruction to manually select carrier
