Before purchasing I was skeptical, but hopeful. There's not a lot on the market that's non-invasive. However, after using this device, I'm so glad that I got it! After regularly using it for a couple months, I could feel a big difference in the strength of my pelvic floor muscles versus when I was only doing physical therapy exercises. I will continue to use this device in combination with physical exercises to help keep my pelvic floor muscles strong.
