Elitone Bundle So easy to use and very effective. I am now able to go out for hours, and do vigorous exercises (tap dancing and aerobics) with just a liner (mainly for reassurance) and would not have done that before. ELITONE Device I feel a strong tingling, but my muscles do not contract to do a kegel exercise. At first I wasn't certain, but I inserted my fingers to check, and no contraction. I double-checked using my Perifit training device, which records contractions, and it also showed no contractions.
