Baltic Birch Plywood Drawer Box
The box was an incorrect size and was just thrown out. My fault but you could have instructions for getting a proper fit

We thought we measured correctly the depth of the drawer and ordered the slides according to your site. Upon installation they did not fit. We tried to go thru your support team yet they were not able to help us. We are not sure if it was our mistake as the measuring instructions were not clear on your web site since the slide added additional length to the drawer. We were hoping to get this resolved but your team said it was on us. We are disappointed with your assistance as we could not use the drawers and feel we wasted our money.

Baltic Birch Plywood Drawer Box
Joints were far too tight, lots of tearout and a few tails had blown out. All preventable, clearly rushed.

Loved the product . Customer service was lacking. I realize that I might have been asking a question that was beyond your experience, but an honest response would have been helpful. Instead I was ignored.

I expect with a CNC'd box that the drawer would come together perfectly. It did not. two of the four joins were not flush (off by 3/16") and required a TON of sanding to flush them out.

Dovetails were poorly aligned. I had to use excessive hammer force to assemble the sides and still could not get them flush. Some dovetails prevented assembly of the bottom and had to be cut away to make clearance. I wish that the plywood plugs would have been on the outside of the panels and not visible. If I had known that you cared, I would have taken pictures.

Front of the door is beautiful. Back of the door so/so. I thought it would be finished (I must have missed something in the write-up). It is open behind the inset. Makes the door look unfinished.
