I found these to taste quite "alcoholic" at the beginning of the drink, like the smell of a draft of beer (I don't drink you see) but enjoyed the sweet crunchy finish. I can only assume that there's brewers yeast used in their creation?? I tried these both as a drink and as a porridge topper. Definitely wouldn't put on top of porridge again as it makes it taste soooo bitter! Undure yet if they have had much effect on my production as I've only been taking them for 3 days but will let you know
