Absolutely stunning knife. Poor sharpness and the edge retention isn't all that great. Doesn't stop me from using it as I like the shape, size and feel of it. Maybe a less pronounced pattern would work better as sometimes the blade catches when cutting bigish ingredients

Very good looking knife. On the heavy side, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Not as sharp out of the box as expected, but a little bit of stropping fixed it. Overall a decent knife.

Great knives razor sharp and beautiful.

Packaging was a bit battered externally but the knife was in perfect shape. It's one of the sharpest, most exquisitely crafted blades I've used. Thank you. :)

The blade was a bit thicker than I prefer in a knife but other than that no complaints.

Knife is physically stunning but arrived painfully dull, pretty much unsharpened. Now the fine folks at Bare Knives have offered to get my knife professionally sharpened so that wonderful but it still came horribly dull

What else could I say? The best knife for the best meat...

Really excellent product. Very happy not only with the final product but also with the communication along the way.
