Love the product but it took an exceptionally long time to arrive—Over a month! It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift.
Jessica, I'm really happy to hear you love the neck buff! Also, I'm very sorry it took you one month to receive it. The website does state- and did at the time of your purchase- that we were impacted by Covid-19, and that there were delays to keep workers safe. (This happened to many well-known e-commerce shops last month as well.) Fulfillment estimates are on the FAQs page.
I am glad, however, to say that we've had time to adjust to new procedures, and that we've drastically decreased our fulfillment times. Apologies again for the misunderstanding.
