Mixed thoughts. The shipping and assembly was great, the bike itself is awesome. All is good except for one thing, the bottom blacket skips when pedaling under high torque conditions like riding up a hill. Tried to get a hold of support but not luck as of now. Will try again tomorrow. Also, for a 1000 dollar bike, I was a little surprised that absolutely no instructions or user manual was included to explain the functions and features of components such as the control screen, the functions and maintenance of the belt drive, or the charging components. Not sure if its just me but I am used to getting more information and at least a user manual when spending 1000 dollars for a bike. Not a big deal really, but just a passing mention. What really irks me is the bottom bracket skipping issue.

I ordered the size small, and it said it will fit 5.2 to 5.8. My son is 5.6 and he has a hard time to ride on it.

This is the smallest bike on the market but I wish it as just a little bit shorter for me. The frame diameter doesn't seem to fit my lock and headlight attachments that I got off Amazon. Other than that, an extremely great bike.

The Roadster is a beautiful, very well made bike. It comes very well packaged and is easy to put together. In fact, putting it together takes about the same amount of time as unpacking it. Unfortunately, no instructions for assembling the bike or using the computer were included. There was only a page about recharging the battery. A call to Ride1UP for help was unanswered, at least in the six or so days since I made it. The owner’s manual and a very poorly written manual for the computer can be found on the website, but only after some digging. Solution Home/General/Assembly/RoadsterV2 Assembly/Owner’s Manual and Display Manual. Fortunately, assembly only requires a basic understanding of how bicycles work and can be done without instructions. Operating the computer is far less obvious though.

Extremely satisfied so far. This is my first e-bike. I researched a lot. There are not that many 'stealth' options out there so Roadster V2 is a great option for the price. The belt drive makes it extremely quiet and just 32lbs means you can even peddle with motor off. But why would you do that when it is soo much fun! I found keeping it in Level 2 PAS provides a very relaxed cadence where you are still doing some work. PAS 3 and you're just spinning the pedals and not doing much work. Reaching 20 miles is very easy - anything beyond you have to work a lot. Thinking of getting a Core 5 for my wife so we can have best of both worlds in the house. Core 5 has a bit more power and gears. While I like the simplicity of the Roadster, there might be occasions where you want gears, throttle, or a more upright cruiser feel. Great company and well built bikes at an affordable price.

This is a sleek, zippy, lightweight e-bike. It's a no-frills experience but overall fun to ride. Upgrades and customization were/are necessary for me though. For context: To purchase my Roadster V2, I sold my less expensive e-bike by another maker. This bike was foldable, more powerful, faster, had a throttle, and came standard with a features that are non-existent here (front/rear lights, kick stand, fat tires, front/rear fenders, and a rear rack). But this bike also weighed literally twice as much as the V2, and my new commute demands a lightweight e-bike. I consider the price of the V2 fully justified by it's speed, weight, and the ratio thereof! Cons: - the seat in it's lowest position is above the handlebars, therefore the ride position is too aggressive for me (to the point of discomfort). Riser bars and/or a stem riser are in order, though the existing cable length doesn't look like it can accommodate both. Swept back bars will be enough for some people who feel similarly abou

Absolutely love the Roadster. It is so much fun to ride and has more than enough power. It is very sturdy and handles great. I mainly use PAS2 for most of my riding.

I was skeptical. But its was love at first ride. The pas was so smooth it felt as if was me with super powers. the first time I rode about 20 miles with the wind on my face. No problem. That being said the bike was supposed to come with a set of tools to ease the assembly: no tools and to make it worst the front wheel was not aligned. The spokes have to be adjusted. That means extra money. I wish it came with fenders because I want to ride thru the winter here in New England with snow and ice and salt on the road. So I may have to purchase a set of fenders to keep the dirt of my back.

We are loving our new Ride1up roadster v2s. It was very simple to install and we were on the rode within 30 minutes (I did have to use a different wrench than provided to install the pedals). This bike is pretty awesome for those who want to feel like they're actually biking (and you will be). You can get a good workout or just cruise. So this thing is geared extremely high because it's a single speed, so it can be tough to get started with no motor input. This makes it a bit difficult to get going if you're starting up hill. However, the assist kicks in after about 3/4 of a rotation and you can get up to speed fairly quick after that. I've found that this latency actually makes it possible to track-stand, so that's kinda cool. I haven't done a full battery test, but it seems like 25 miles with absolutely minimal effort put in. I've used less than half the battery riding 35 miles of flat ground while using pedal assist 2 and significant input from my legs. Overall this thing is extrem
